When does my Founding Membership start?

Your paid membership begins at the official opening, planned for the first quarter of 2027. Before that, you receive two weeks of exclusive Preload access with 5 complimentary Preload Points. This is additional to your six prepaid months.

What happens if the opening is delayed?
Your paid membership starts at the actual official opening, so you won’t lose any prepaid months. Preload moves with the opening date, and we’ll keep you informed.

Does joining the waitlist guarantee my place?

No. The waitlist gives you priority access to join before public sales open, but your place is only secured after registration and payment.

Are Founding Memberships limited?

Yes. Only 50 Founding Memberships will be available.

Founding Membership offers early access, exclusive privileges and your own Founding Member number, from 1 to 50. It’s an invitation to be part of Reload from the beginning, with lasting recognition in our community. Founding Membership opens in December.

Once all 50 places are claimed, Founding Memberships will never be offered again.

What is Preload?

Reload is expected to open in Q1 2027.
Preload is the two-week period immediately before the official opening, exclusively for Founding Members. Explore the available experiences, meet the team and enjoy 5 complimentary Preload Points.

What is the minimum commitment, and can I pause?

The initial commitment is six paid months. After that, you can cancel monthly with one month’s notice. For injury, pregnancy or a stay abroad, you may request a pause of up to two months per year, subject to approval, while keeping your Founding Member status.

What happens during an approved membership pause?
No membership payments are due, and no new monthly points or guest passes are issued. If you pause during your six prepaid months, that prepaid period is extended by the length of your pause.

Can I get my Founding Member benefits back if I cancel and rejoin?

Once your membership ends, your Founding Member benefits end too. If you rejoin later, the regular membership rates and conditions available at that time apply.

Does unlimited sauna and cold plunge access use my points?

No. This access is included separately. Therapies and guided group sessions, such as Sauna Ceremonies and Hot Sauna Yoga, require points.

Can I buy extra Reload Points?

Yes. Founding Members can purchase additional points. The final Founding Member rate and purchase conditions will be confirmed before sales open.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. As a Founding Member you receive 2 guest passes per membership month. Each covers a sauna and cold plunge visit, one Red Light Therapy session or one Hydrowave Massage. You must attend with your guest.

Do I receive a reward for introducing a new member?

Yes. When someone you introduce becomes a Reload member, you receive 5 extra Reload Points, subject to the final referral conditions.
